Event Transportation

A concert or a private celebration with more than a few guests needs one plan, not a line of separate cars finding their own way to the venue on their own schedule. We set a single pickup time, load the party bus or the Escalade, and bring the group to Thalian Hall, the Wilson Center or Live Oak Bank Pavilion on one planned route.

A show does not always end on time, and a private party rarely does, so we build the reservation around the event rather than a fixed clock. Your driver waits through a long encore or a toast that runs past the hour you planned, and reservations extend to any hour of the night. A late curtain does not cut the evening short.

A night at Thalian Hall or the Wilson Center calls for one car, not a line of separate ones arriving on separate schedules. A couple rides in the Escalade, and a larger group of friends fills a party bus for the same show, with your driver bringing the group home again once the night ends. Live Oak Bank Pavilion and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater draw larger crowds, and a group headed to either one rides together in the same vehicle rather than several.

Milestone birthdays, anniversary parties and family reunions make up the other half of this work, and the logic carries over directly. A host who wants guests to enjoy the party books one party bus, and the whole group rides together with no designated driver. The group stays together from the first stop to the last, picked up from a home, a hotel or wherever the celebration starts.
