A wedding reservation can connect the hotel, ceremony, reception and other addresses supplied before the day. We drive those reserved legs in the Escalade, a party bus or several buses, depending on the group size.
One party bus seats 14 wedding-party members or guests together. Three buses provide 42 seats, and the two chauffeured SUVs raise total fleet capacity to 54 when included in the reservation.
How Wedding Party Transportation Runs on the Day
You provide the pickup addresses, destinations and travel times before the wedding. Those details determine which reserved vehicle drives each leg between the hotel, ceremony and reception.
The couple or a private party can reserve the chauffeured Cadillac Escalade ESV. A 14-passenger party bus carries a larger group on limo-style bench seating with a sound system, a TV, LED lighting and a cooler of iced water. Three buses can run under the same reservation when the wedding needs more than one vehicle.
Trips can be reserved for any hour, including a morning ceremony or a reception ending after midnight. Book each required transportation leg in advance.
Chauffeured Rides for the Wedding Party and Guests
Wedding transportation serves couples, wedding parties and guests traveling between the addresses on the event plan. The reservation can include the Escalade, one party bus or all three buses.
Hotel Ballast, Embassy Suites by Hilton Riverfront and the Aloft can be hotel or reception addresses on a downtown reservation. Airport transportation is also available from ILM, RDU, CLT and MYR, with real-time flight tracking on every airport pickup.
Reserve each vehicle and travel leg in advance for the hour the wedding requires. Corporate accounts are available with detailed billing when a company arranges event transportation.

A wedding may place the hotel, ceremony and reception at separate addresses. Each reserved leg identifies its pickup, destination and travel time before the vehicles begin the day.

We used icon party bus for transportation for our wedding last month. It was to travel from Wilmington to Willard and back to Wilmington at the end and they truly were amazing. From how much fun the guest had just on the bus to one of the buses having to turn around because one of the guests had taken somebody’s keys, their service was truly wonderful. Jason the owner was very nice, everything went very very smoothly. Truly could not have more nice things to say highly recommend for any occasion.
